Pain Au Levain "Sourdough Loaf"

This naturally leavened bread, is made with a heritage wheat favorite of French bakers in the 19th century and  a stone ground wheat, this levain bread is pleasantly but not overly sour. 

Ingredients:  Organic *Wheat , Filtered Water, *Sourdough Culture,  Sea Salt.
